Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the Firm, delivering a wide range of
products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project
execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner.
The Head of Strategy and Business Services will manage and partner with senior leads on enterprise-wide organizational efforts as well as drive transformation and change initiatives across Platform Services.
Business Services – this area includes working closely with with Key partners such as Human Resources and Finance on recruitment, location, employee training, learning initiatives, headcount management, people agenda and culture, and promotion processes.
Oversight, design, and rollout of the operating model for Platform Services including the Agile Transformation – responsible for the agile transformation of the feature teams throughout platform services in alignment with our operating model.
Introduce “value driven” reporting and work closely with scrum masters to support and facilitate the rollout.
Manage the Platform Services Leadership team – run staff meetings, track actions, broker conversations, and oversee the day to day operations of the organization.
Oversee the strategy and communication with all stakeholders – from senior management to the organization at large
10-15 years of experience in a Chief Operating Office and/or experience in the key areas of Risk, Audit, Communications, Vendor Management, and Product Management.
3-5 years managing a complex technology organization.
Expertise in industry innovation and the ability to think strategically about how to create business led solutions.
Capable of quickly prioritizing the tasks at hand coupled with the ability to execute against deliverables.
Demonstrated experience with managing financials and budgeting.
