This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Experience in large scale software development in one or more of the programming languages (C, C++, Perl, Python, Java, C#,.NET)
Enterprise scale and resiliency
Modern compute technologies (e.g. Virtualization, cloud)
Experience with Agile development process and automated testing
Experience in end-to-end systems automation and orchestration
Responsibilities of the role
Work closely with Kinaxis Development team and configure business process design that leverages RapidResponse capabilities.
Create, design, produce and maintain all resources (dashboards, widgets, workbooks, worksheets, etc.) for our RapidResponse applications.
Design, Build, Test, and Document RapidResponse solution components.
Configure the RapidResponse instance according to our customers’ requirements.
Use case/user story analysis.
Utilize prior supply chain and fulfillment industry knowledge to interact with the customer about their urgent and important needs.
Work with Agile team on implementation roadmap.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field.
Advance degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or MBA preferred.
8 years+ of experience in a technical capacity, ideally with exposure to supply chain management, manufacturing or operations.
3+ years of first-hand experience with RapidResponse or similar technology a definite asset.
Prior consulting experience with The Big Four is preferred.
Strong understanding of supply chain analytics and MRP.
