Holistically understand core business problems and requirements from clients in order to deliver efficient and useful solutions
Work with the team to outline and execute the API roadmap
Help set product strategy and direction for APIs and open banking across Treasury Services
Drive product development efforts by actively partnering with CIB Technology to generate innovating solutions to client needs
Adopt an agile mindset to oversee the team's product development efforts, ensuring the final product is functional, operational, and meets design and feature specifications
Partner with TS Product, Sales, Analytics and Design teams to recognize key growth areas for the business and emerging client needs
Define and consistently measure quantifiable success metrics of products
Build Integrations with other Technology providers in this space.

Skills we are seeking
Strong product management skills to focus on a customer first mindset, lean product thinking and a focus on product adoption

Ability to foster and develop strong relationships with external clients
Strong knowledge of international open banking standards and demonstrated understanding of macro trends within the financial services sector

Ability to facilitate strong partnerships with both clients & synergistic vendors
Ability to manage end-to-end client integrations and drive embedded client solutions
Strong project management, analytical, detail oriented, problem solving, and communication skills with both internal and external partners

Ability to adeptly pivot opportunities based on new information and market opportunities
Strong communication/presentation skills (i.e. creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences

Professional experiences (5+ years) that will set you apart
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of Product Management experience with history of delivering customer-centric and complex solutions in a fast paced work environment
Understanding and past experience with building API solutions and an ecosystem of integrations
In-depth knowledge of ERP (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and TMS (Kyriba, Sunguard, Misys, etc.) systems
Experience with integrations via API’s
Experience in all phases of the technology integration life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing
Superior project management skills with a strong attention to detail
Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies
Experience within the financial services industry is a plus
Knowledge of Treasury Services products (Payments, Receivables, Liquidity, FX, Channels, Analytics), helpful but not required
Knowledge of emerging technologies as well as exposure to design thinking
