Consumer Bank Recruiting Manager
The Consumer Bank Recruiting Manager will lead the recruiting function for high volume and specialty branch roles.The Consumer Bank Recruiting Manager will manage a team of recruiters responsible for screening/sourcing, networking, interviewing and managing the offer process. Their key responsibilities will include building a sourcing strategy aligned to the business priorities, a strong focus on the candidate/client experience and maintaining a tight risk and controls environment.
Partner with Regional Directors and Market Directors – Banking to understand the business priorities and staffing needs to build a proactive sourcing strategy.
Ensure successful execution of proactive sourcing strategy based on the talent needs of the business to build qualified and diverse pipelines.This will include staying current on industry trends, market data as well as gathering and sharing competitive intelligence.
Develop a targeted recruiting strategy to increase representation of diverse talent.
Help progress the recruiting re-engineering efforts, be a change agent and drive adoption.
Maintain a strong focus on delivering an outstanding client and candidate experience.
Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline the end-to-end recruiting life cycle.
Ensure that team assists in all phases of the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, presentation, negotiation of offers and background checks are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked and executed.
Support consistent management practices including performance management, coaching, career planning, development, and training for all team members.

Five or more years of recruiting experience in the branch space strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability leading recruitment/sourcing efforts with the ability to design and implement proactive pipelining strategies.
Strong people, partnership and consulting skills
Success leading complex projects and the ability to balance multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish strong relationships.
