The Beta Strategies business, a global business unit within JPMAM, was formed in 2016 to build and market specialized index and quantitative investment strategies through a broad range of investment vehicles, including Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF).

The U.S. Exchange Traded Funds business within Beta Strategies needs a motivated and adaptable individual to support senior management and the growth of the business. This role will work closely with the Head of U.S. ETFs to identify strategic priorities, coordinate and execute resulting initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key thought partner, brainstorming & identifying solutions to challenges

  • Proactively propose new ideas on new client opportunities, new product development, business optimization, and strategy innovation

  • Develop a deep understanding of the U.S. Exchange Traded Funds landscape

  • Collaborate closely with partners across client distribution, as well as with partners such as Marketing, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Finance

  • Develop senior management presentations and new initiative proposals

  • Manage a variety of long-term, cross-organizational projects including distribution strategies, competitive positioning, and go to market planning

  • Measure results via business, client, and team impact

  • Broad understanding of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, including the ETF landscape.

  • 3-6 years of experience, specific experience with Asset Management and ETFs preferred

  • Strong client management and excellent communication skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in capital markets

  • Ability to provide structure to ambiguous situations and apply analytical tools to develop solutions

  • Proven track record of delivering projects, complex product and/or new business initiatives
