Title: Institutional Marketing Analyst

Description Overview:

The Marketing Analyst will partner with the Marketing Managers to help develop and implement effective marketing strategy, program management and value-added content which are aligned with the global Institutional business objectives. He/she will independently lead components of select marketing initiatives, working directly with sales, internal writers/designers, branding firms, ad agencies, freelance designers/writers and compliance. Initiatives could include online and print advertising, collateral, web, conferences, events, sponsorships, direct marketing, market research, thought leadership, and major sales programs to help build awareness and grow the business to clients and prospects across various segments throughout US, EMEA & Asia. The Marketing Analyst must be hands-on throughout the planning and execution process and be able to multi-task across several marketing projects with different marketing managers.

Minimum requirements

  • Education—bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing

  • Experience—two to four years marketing experience in financial services or related industry

  • Marketing expertise—ability to deliver traditional and digital marketing solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners and resources

  • Project management—excellent attention to detail, solid organization skills and the ability to accurately manage large volumes of information

  • Communication ability—grammatical expertise; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to proofread

  • Capacity to multi task—the ability to pivot constantly and efficiently from one initiative to another in a fast-paced environment

  • Product knowledge—investment product sales process knowledge preferred

  • Proficiencies—solid competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • An effective team player, able to work with people of all levels across multiple locations
