Event Program Manager
The marketing program manager will be responsible for the day to day management and co-ordination of institutional marketing events and related initiatives, including cross asset class events, regional events & roadshows, and sponsored industry events. This will include managing the calendar of field events, specifically roadshows, regional investment forums and sponsored industry events as well as tracking and managing the speaker and event content. He/she will work with the marketing directors, senior management and product specialists to ensure event details are communicated and updated appropriately and best practices are established. In addition he/she will be required to work with the marketing directors and business intelligence to build post initiative reports and provide recommendations for future events.
Specific responsibilities include:
Work with marketing directors, sales and product teams on individual marketing initiatives and events.
Provide project management for events and related marketing initiatives across multiple communication modes
Manage the calendar of events including roadshows, regional investment forums, client and industry events & act as central point of contact with all teams across firm.
Work with marketing directors and sales management to implement conference and event schedule
Work with speakers (CPMs, PMs, Market Strategists, Product Strategists) to organize presentation content, providing relevant presentation coaching to help ensure content is appropriate for the audience
Interact with client advisors around client needs and local market nuances and logistics
Ensure presentations and all related content are ready and available at the meeting site
Work with marketing directors to build initiative reporting (attendee feedback,, ongoing tracking of activity and sales & future sales activities)

5-7 years of marketing, project management experience preferred
