J.P. Morgan Asset Management is seeking a talented Digital Campaigns Manager to join the Americas Digital team. The Digital Campaigns Manager will define and deliver superior campaign experiences across our digital properties in order to drive maximum client engagement with our thought-leadership and product messaging. The role’s focus will be in support of America’s-initiated campaign activity, but will work closely with counterparts globally to ensure leverage, re-use, and best-practices adoption. The candidate will partner with marketing colleagues across lines of business in Funds, Liquidity, and Institutional, in addition to Brand, Design, UX and Demand Generation.
This individual will be responsible for production of engaging experiences that are aligned with the objectives of each marketing group. The successful individual will possess a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, its mechanics and the metrics that define a successful campaign. This person will also work with digital specialists, senior management, as well as analytics teams in the optimization of these campaign pages. The role requires the ability to translate abstract ideas and translate them into clear direction that can be followed by the development team in order for build.
The individual should possess strong project management skills and will also need to manage the expectations of their stakeholders effectively. The individual should be passionate about digital marketing, web development and user experience principles, understanding the many components that deliver an engaging digital experience.
Partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the relevant digital teams to deliver engaging digital experiences for various audiences and client segments
Design and execute digital campaign experiences working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client engagement across a suite of owned-media properties
Collaborate with marketing partners to ensure a seamless and coordinated digital campaign support
Define campaign KPIs and leverage campaign analytics to determine success criteria, efficacy and ongoing optimization opportunities
Deliver measurable improvements against agreed upon KPIs and define best practices by ongoing measurement and documentation
Manage the sourcing and creation of content required to deliver engaging digital campaign experiences
Partner with other specialist digital teams for features development, design/UX, content, analytics across digital channels
Direct a team of content management specialists that focus on creating, building, and publishing across our digital channels
Support strategy definition, supervise the planning and ongoing activities including maintaining the quality and consistency across all digital externally facing properties and communications
At least 5 years of digital marketing experience across digital assets
Experience in the financial services industry, asset management a plus
Knowledge of content management systems, campaign management tools and in general digital marketing technology assets
Strong time management and organization skills; able to maintain a high quality of work in a deadline driven environment
Proactive with a high level of attention to detail; quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities
A strong understanding of best practices and user experience for web design
Team player, with a very strong work ethic and high energy level
Must demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
Ability to translate technical information and communicate business impact / benefit effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Must be able to establish strong relationship with the business and project stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with all levels of management
Prior experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SFMC, Marketo a plus
