We are at the cusp of AI revolution where automated chat bots are starting to become an integral part of how businesses engage with consumers especially via Voice technologies (Alexa, Siri, Google, etc.)

We are looking for an experienced product owner to lead our AI & voice strategy, roadmap and execution. The ideal candidate will need to have sufficient strength and experience in rolling out AI based solutions such as chatbots and establishing voice as a channel on top of the AI infrastructure.

This role requires a candidate who will be able to identify and communicate a clear vision to a diverse group of stakeholders and drive AI & voice innovation and use cases to completion. She/he will use business requirements and needs into meaningful cognitive services and solutions while developing and executing a detailed approach and plan to deliver conversational interactions with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer insights and ideally a technical background that enables them to drive engagements with top tier executives as well as with IT engineering team. Ideally the candidate has been a part of a product development team working within a high velocity engineering team for an online retailer, entertainment or gaming organization.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, creative and passionate, move fast and iterate continually. He/she will interact daily with business subject matter experts and content creators, key opinion leaders, experience strategists, UX and voice designers, engineers and researchers.

We expect a self-starter with a nimble, creative and pragmatic approach who will push boundaries. He/She will perform quick but thorough data analysis in order to create insightful and actionable findings that drive impact, as measured by changes to the voice product design and development roadmap. They will be metrics-driven with strong ownership and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the voice skills roadmap for the Asset & Wealth Management business

  • End-to-end experience with all aspects of research (study design, moderation, analysis, reporting)

  • Able to define clearly product scope and prioritize features based on business needs

  • Identify re-usable components, and make sure they are being built-out and re-used

  • Drive work streams related to targeting, positioning, and messaging

  • Provide input to UX flow and copy

  • Hands on as needed to deep dive into configuring and training the cognitive engine that form backbone of AI and powers voice interactions

  • Work with top technical experts and vendors to ensure all business requirements and needs are met

  • Consult & guide project teams throughout the Project Lifecycle – ensuring proper implementation of product vision

  • Ensure absolute quality standards of technical & business service delivery

  • Analyze results of and report out on product launch marketing performance

  • Publish and maintain playbook for AI & voice product launches

  • Qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis skills, (e.g., designing, conducting, and analyzing user data).

  • A BS or equivalent degree in cognitive science, Human Factors, Human Centered Interaction/Human Centered Design or similar

  • Experience with complex voice or multimodal speech interfaces

  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of speech, language and AI technologies

  • Ability to prototype voice user experiences

  • Voice interaction research experience and appreciation

  • Experience in software development and/or game design a plus

  • Acute attention to detail.
