The individual will work within the manager research group on all aspects of manager sourcing, due diligence, and analysis of third party credit hedge funds and private credit funds. The person hired for the role will work with a team of analysts in their ongoing selection of credit hedge fund and private credit funds for various multi-manager portfolios as well as in their due-diligence relating to the existing suite of third party funds. The role also entails a significant amount of formal written analysis and project management skills.

This person will help to evaluate the investment strategy, methodology and risk controls utilized by prospective managers. The candidate may also be responsible for conducting strategy research and taking on special projects for the benefit of the rest of the team and the larger fund-of-funds research group.


The ideal candidate will 5-10 years of experience in the investment management industry with a demonstrated interest in financial markets. The analyst must be able to work independently, will have exceptional communications skills (both written and verbal), and will be well-versed in financial concepts. Strong fundamental analysis skills and/or a deep knowledge of various credit instruments, wholesale financing markets and securitization structures would be a plus. A natural curiosity, attention to detail, and an extremely strong work ethic are essential requirements for success in this position.
