Global Product Platform Analysis

  • Build and maintain global product platform reporting across asset classes and distribution channels, including:

  • Trailing and rolling performance vs. benchmark and passive alternative

  • Trailing and rolling performance vs. broad industry and select key peers

  • Asset base and flows analysis

  • Pricing and fee structure analysis

  • Qualitative research around distribution strategy, product and platform governance, marketing, etc.

  • Analyze global product platform to raise strategies for investment governance, topics for business review, and potential gaps for innovation

  • Partner with other members of Product Strategy on additional platform reporting for specific regions & asset classes

Global Product Platform Management

  • Leverage global product platform analysis to build and enhance score cards for each fund complex that help identify strengths & weaknesses of regional product ranges. These score cards will help highlight where a product range could be optimized through: liquidations, mergers, pricing adjustments and strategy restructurings.

  • Create presentations with suggested optimization which will be presented at governance forums including AMOC, AM Client OC and the Product Development Leadership Team (PDLT)

  • Partner with key internal partners to implement platform adjustments

  • Asset Management industry knowledge and experience (2-5 years experience)

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Attention to detail and an ability to turn data into information, use intuition to make connections in this information and identify trends

  • Ability to partner with stakeholders across channels, regions, and product teams

  • Collaborative, team player who takes time to understand others’ points of view

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, as well as industry databases e.g., Morningstar, and a quick learner of new tools
