As part of the U.S Funds business within J.P. Morgan Asset Management, the VP of Integrated Marketing will play a critical role in the growth of our business by developing targeted strategies for broadening and deepening our client base. They will have the opportunity to forge a new path within the business to create unique and innovative online programs that demonstrate return on investment.

The key objective of the role is to build aggressive, measurable, integrated campaigns that align with the business priorities. This analytical-thinker will help with the transformation of marketing to a fully data-driven organization. They will ensure that campaign metrics and KPIs are collected, stored, reported and regularly used for driving business improvements.

This person will partner with the Marketing Directors to deliver unique experiences to various client segments across all marketing channels. S/he will also lead initiatives to develop our content strategy and expand our lead nurture programs. The role will act as the lead digital expert and champion the highest standards of digital excellence.


  • Develop and implement large-scale integrated marketing programs (messaging, execution, optimization, measurement)

  • Monitor paid media mix and performance in support of broader business objectives

  • Manage technology projects that enable customized marketing experiences including marketing automation and content personalization

  • Develop dashboards that help the business continuously test and optimize to drive desired outcomes; partner with technology to automate solutions

  • Own and derive business insights from marketing analytics and functional KPIs

  • Identify and manage initiatives that drive efficiencies and improve speed to market


  • Have technical inclination with a bias for scaling programs through algorithmic and automated solutions

  • Have ability to identify, analyze and solve ambiguous problems with extreme attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership

  • Proven analytical and project management skills

  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and be able to shift priorities quickly in a changing environment

  • Proven ability to function as part of collaborate team, drive initiatives, and creatively problem solve

  • Experience with measurement and/or development of consumer lifecycle marketing programs

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to report findings to all levels of the organization

  • Experience managing at least 3 digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Email, Display, Affiliate marketing, etc.)

  • Consumer marketing background a plus

  • MBA preferred
