JPMorgan Chase CIB - KYC Global Operations Strategy & Execution - Associate in New York, New York

The CIB Global KYC Remediation & Renewal team is looking for a highly motivated individual with previous reporting and data analysis experience to support the coordination and execution of global production priorities. The deliverables can range from preparation of weekly updates for Front Office and Operations Management to ad-hoc production-oriented diagnostic exercise and solution sourcing tasks to longer term collaboration on strategic deliverables. The successful candidate will have a passion for data and experience turning unstructured data into insights through a variety of quantitative techniques, strong communication and presentations skills and an interest in being part of a global team.

Keyresponsibilities will include:

  • Establishmetrics reporting, tools and data sets to track KYC operations progress againstproduction targets

  • Measure,analyze and report on data to ensure both weekly and long-term strategicproduction goals are met

  • Investigate,analyze and help resolve KYC production issues with data analysis and respondto ad-hoc queries

  • Partner withKYC Operations Managers globally to communicate internal targets and ensureon-time execution

  • Support thedevelopment of KYC operations strategy and production plans based on processand data analysis

  • Developexecutive level presentations and metrics for daily and weekly reporting /updates to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelordegree or equivalent education

  • AdvancedPowerpoint & Excel skills (Pivots, Index Match)

  • Excellentquantitative and analytical skills with strong experience in data analytics andmodelling

  • Logical,structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making

  • Strongexperience in eliciting, analyzing and implementing requirements

  • Intellectuallycurious person who wants to know the answer behind the answer

  • Experiencein operations in financial services industry

  • Excellentorganizational and time management skills.

  • Capable ofdealing with high pressure, time sensitive tasks.

  • Excellentverbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
