The Digital Strategy team within Markets Execution focuses across the following pillars: (1) Business Intelligence & Digital Strategy: Engage with business to create a digital strategy and respond to market dynamics, (2) Evaluate Execution Approach: Filter opportunities through rigorous assessment and select the best opportunities based on knowledge of the market and competitor landscape, (3) Business Case & Deal Structure: Structure proposals where we are looking to build a new product internally or partner with/ acquire a FinTech, (4) Portfolio Development & Incubation: Actively build the portfolio through creating and running structured programs, and build and incubate new products, including vendor integration and new proprietary development (5) Portfolio Governance & Implementation: Own the portfolio of assets within the CIB portfolio, which includes partnership opportunities within the portfolio, growing and scaling our assets within the market, and standardized process to track the implementation of new and existing products

Within the Digital Strategy team, we aim to enhance the way we do business with clients, deliver a differentiated and integrated digital experience and augment client intelligence and insights.

You will:

  • Work on complex business problemsat the intersection of Sales and Trading

  • Influence decisions on marketstrategy, platform strategy, client engagement and implementing innovativetechnology based solutions at the bank

  • Develop new innovation programsthat can further foster idea development and commercial product creation

  • Evaluate emerging companiesagainst our strategic priorities

  • Mentor, advise and developlasting partnerships with leading companies

Qualifications

Successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Professional experience/expertise in Strategy, FinTech/ startup and/ or Capital Markets

  • Knowledge of tech and/ or digitalspace is required

  • Proven ability to independentlylead and accomplish large-scale projects in action-oriented steps; specificallyfacilitating innovation and group collaboration processes and developing newproducts, services or experiences

  • Analytical and strong problemsolving skills

  • Commercially-focused andentrepreneurial

  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills as well as ability to influence decisions is a must

  • Strong experience in liaisingwith and collaborating with stakeholders

  • Self-motivated with the abilityto drive multiple projects

  • Understanding of technology andproduct drivers

  • Proven track record of settingproject plan and deliverables and meeting aggressive deadlines

  • Adaptable team player with theability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment

  • Organized self-starter withdemonstrated passion for learning

  • Exceptionally strong clientmanagement and executive-level communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired, advanced degree preferred
