J.P. MorganTreasury Services Liquidity & Escrow Services provides advance solutions for clients to manage their global operating liquidity. Our product set operates globally in real-time to supporting our most complex clients as they manage their liquidity across legal entities, geographies, currencies, and time-zones.


This role is responsible for working across the Liquidity & Escrow Solutions team to optimize strategic positioning of our services, messaging around our medium term strategy and identifying our long-term 7-10 year strategy. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working with product, technical, and client coverageteams to understand current and future client drivers for all customers intargeted client segments globally

  • Identify and understand how changes in markets,regulatory, tax, competitive landscape and clientstructures will impact our clients and product offering in the near andlonger term.

  • Understand emerging technologies such as big data,virtual account management, robotics, machine learning, API, etc.strategies and how they can be deployed to meet client needs.

  • Leveraging market intelligence and client feedback definefuture vision for product set in partnership with product management andproduct partners.

  • Build an effective commercialization program offering encompassingcurrent capabilities across TS business and selling the current and futurevision both internally and externally.

  • Work across the Treasury Services and broader lines ofbusiness (Commercial Bank, Custody & Fund Services etc.) to drive acomprehensive and coordinated future strategy

Working with the global team, to build a multi-year plan to deliver new liquidity and escrow solutions, identify executable programs to solutions delivering both near-term (2018 - 2020) and medium to longer-term (>2020) double digit growth.

Background and Skill Requirements:

  • Master’sdegree with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience; advanceddegree(s), particularly a combination of finance/business management andSTEM,is highly desired

  • Strategy and execution understanding/experience in emerging technologies around Fintech is highly desired

  • Strong consultative problem solving skills; management consultingexperience is highly desired.Proven track record of assimilating broad and changing factpatterns into well-grounded business proposition

  • Experiencedeveloping long-term vison for products/solutions

  • Disruptivethinker and innovator

  • Experiencewithin banking regulatory environment key

  • S/hewill be able to communicate concepts and ideas both verbally and viadocumentation, and be able to defend their validity
