Plan and manage cross-LOB projects for Consumer and Community Banking, to include sub lines of business. The candidate will manage diverse business initiatives in support of cross-CCB strategies.

Objectives of the initiatives include working closely with Compliance, Risk Management and CBB Regulatory Operations in establishing an effective risk control environment, improving process effectiveness and efficiency, and addressing regulatory/compliance requirements and change impacts, while ensuring a positive customer experience. Project types and duration will vary in response to business strategies and priorities.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with colleagues across CCB to plan and manage a variety of tactical and strategic projects and change initiatives

  • Actively facilitate CCB AML initiatives liaising primarily with CCB Regulatory Operations, Compliance, and Risk Management

  • Develop project work plans and tactics to effectively implement change management

  • Coordinate and direct cross-functional project team activities

  • Facilitate project meetings and working sessions

  • Develop presentations

  • Communicate with management regarding project progress and recommendations/decisions

  • Escalate and make recommendations to resolve issues

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 7 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to manage one or more complex projects

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Project management experience

  • Strong process analysis and improvement skills

  • Change management experience

  • Strong consulting and relationship building skills

  • Ability to effectively escalate and resolve issues

  • Meticulous attention to detail; highly organized

  • Flexibility; ability to adapt and respond quickly to change

  • MS Office skills
