The Digital Wealth Management team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless digital experience across the entire life cycle for both clients and advisors, creating a compelling omni-channel experience that both creates efficiencies for clients and advisors and enhances their relationships. We build the strategic vision and execute programs to bring to life this digital experience, driving 360-degree client engagement. Our organization works closely with the business, both in Global Wealth Management and Chase Wealth Management, with teams aligned to front-office regions, service teams, strategy and solutions teams, marketing and technology. This structure enables us to create solutions that drive revenue, increase advisor efficiency, improve client satisfaction and grow market share.

Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for leading strategy and execution for mobile investing products for first-time investors. The candidate will work closely with leaders across Digital, Investments, Tech, Digital Customer Experience (DCE), Chase Wealth Management (CWM), Consumer Bank (CB) and Marketing.

The ideal candidate has experience in launching online or mobile investing products and has a deep understanding of the financial needs of first-time investors. The candidate will translate these needs into rich digital experiences and will work closely with DCE to develop, test, and refine these experiences to drive successful iterations. The candidate will design a multi-year roadmap to build out this proposition by developing additional journeys, features, content, and products for first-time investors. The candidate will be responsible for integrating this proposition into our broader Chase digital ecosystem.

Candidates should have excellent skills across product management, strategy, user-centered design, written and oral communication, and building interpersonal relationships. In addition to being a seasoned, well trained professional, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker that can develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Relevant experiences include product management in FinTech, brokerage, and banking industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead effort to engage millennials on investing through mobile experiences and content

  • Analyze pain points of first-time investors and evangelize user perspective

  • Translate investor needs into digital experiences

  • Collect and synthesize input / ideas from key partners and drive consensus on prioritization

  • Partner closely with DCE, investments, DWM and CWM marketing to design user experiences and content

  • Develop and manage multi-year roadmaps and communicate product strategy to various stakeholders

  • Build new digital products with a design thinking approach

  • Define product requirements and iterate in an Agile manner

  • Lead a cross-functional team with a mobile-first design approach

  • Coordinate across all relevant digital initiatives across Chase

  • Manage projects in an organized and flexible manner

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of strategy, product management, and user experience; Start-up experience a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Passion for innovation in financial services

  • Track record of launching and iterating on successful products

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams

  • Ability to lead prioritization across multiple stakeholders

  • Desire to get sleeves rolled up as player/coach

  • Experience working in an Agile product development methodology preferred
