JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Corporate Sector Finance group provides financial management and reporting support for Global Real Estate, Enterprise Technology, Compliance, Legal, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Audit, Executive and other staff areas.

The Global Real Estate (GRE) Finance team sits within Corporate Sector Finance. It is comprised of finance professionals across the globe who are accountable for managing both the expense & capital components of the GRE business function, ensuring a sound control environment, measuring performance, providing value-added analyses, and presenting information and ideas to senior management within Global Real Estate, to the major lines of business, and to the various Firm-wide finance teams who roll up the results of the entire Corporation. The team covers all aspects of managing the office portfolio including, but not limited to, space management, property management, lease administration, design & construction, transactions, and portfolio management.

This role is part of the Global Real Estate Finance Data & Analytics team, which focuses on driving strategic decisions through insights and analytics. Key responsibilities include:

  • AnalyticsDesign and Development

  • Designand develop innovative workforce, occupancy, and allocations analytics andreporting

  • Developnew analytics to drive JPMC’s labor and location strategy – a top strategicpriority for the firm

  • Designand build centralized dashboards to enable self-service analytics

  • Design overall workforce, location, and financial dataarchitecture to enable delivery of analytics and reporting

  • Identify and execute on opportunities to automate manual processes

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Identify, communicate, and resolve cross-functional dependenciesand challenges

  • Support the implementation of key business decisions and changeefforts

  • Deliver presentations with ability to recognize and incorporate feedback

  • Team Leadership

  • Supportmultiple projects and reporting needs by working with teams across the globe

  • Create work plans and manage expectations and quality standardsfor required deliverables

  • 2-4years of extensive experience in data analytics and / or financial orstatistical modeling

  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing large datasets

  • Experience with structured and unstructured data storage,retrieval, and analysis using various analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)and query languages (e.g., SQL, SAS, Hadoop)

  • Ability to structure data efficiently by applying relevantbusiness context

  • Experience building and developing Tableau dashboards preferred

  • Highly proficient in Excel (e.g., array formulas, pivot tables,index/match, familiar with VBA)

  • Superiorability to structure and scope complex problems

  • Keen attention to details and demonstrated ability to qualitycheck work

  • Strongteam player and strong interpersonal skills

  • Strongacademic background from a top tiered program

  • Abilityto multitask and handle high stress while maintaining accuracy in tightdeadlines
