JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Corporate Sector Finance group provides financial management and reporting support for Global Real Estate, Enterprise Technology, Compliance, Legal, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Audit, Executive and other staff areas.

The Global Real Estate (GRE) Finance team is comprised of finance professionals across the globe who are accountable for managing both the expense and capital components of the GRE function, ensuring a sound control environment, measuring performance, providing value-added analyses, and presenting information and ideas to senior management within Global Real Estate, to the major lines of business, and to the various firmwide finance teams who roll up the results of the entire corporation. The team covers all aspects of the Firm’s real estate portfolio including, but not limited to, space management, property management, lease administration, design & construction, and sustainability projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Demand Forecasting

  • Manage demand forecasting andlocation planning processes which drive strategic real estate decisionsFirmwide and involves working with line of business and corporatepartners

  • Enforce governance model andlead communication across real estate, business and functional leadersglobally

  • Strategic Analytics

  • Drive key reporting andanalytics to develop / drive strategic initiatives and provide insightsto key stakeholders

  • Analyze gaps in supply anddemand with regional managers and finance partners to inform strategicreal estate decisions for the portfolio, driving alignment of headcounttrajectory with long-term business planning and budgeting for each region

  • Change Management – lead initiative to improvedemand forecasting processes in partnership with LOB/function stakeholdersand Global Real Estate partners

  • Client Management – Engage with firmwide CFOs /finance teams and partner with Global Real Estate teams to drive strategyand investment decisions

  • Prepare operating committee decksand strategic recommendations

  • Execution of the aboveresponsibilities with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness of meetingdeliverables on prescribed timetables / calendars

  • Broad understanding of how JPMoperates across multiple lines of business

  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills with ability to prepare executive level presentations

  • Superior analytical ability withexperience in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets

  • Experience coordinatinglarge-scale projects or processes across multiple teams/constituents

  • Organized with a naturalinclination for planning strategy and tactics

  • Team player; ability to influenceothers and move towards a common vision

  • Experience working in globalteams across multiple regions and countries

  • Keen attention to detail anddemonstrated ability to quality check work

  • Ability to multitask and handlehigh stress while maintaining accuracy in tight deadline

  • Detail-oriented and ability tomulti-task in a fast paced environment with frequently changing prioritiesand to meet deadlines under pressure

  • Ability to run meetings acrossdiverse functions, locations and businesses

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA aplus
