We are currently hiring an Assistant Vice President, Senior Counsel for US Macro Markets & Sales. This position is located in the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Legal Department in New York. Responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating and advising on the full range of documentation relating to derivatives (including ISDA Master Agreements, futures documentation, clearing documentation and collateral documentation). You will join a successful, well established team of professionals, and will be provided with extensive training upon joining followed by continued on the job support when needed.
The required qualifications are:
Must have at least 3 years of experience practicing post-JD
Prior experience with derivatives preferred.
JD or educational equivalent required. Attorney candidates must be in compliance with all relevant licensing requirements including the requirements of the jurisdiction where the role will be located prior to commencement of employment.
All candidates for roles in the Legal department must successfully complete a conflicts of interest clearance review prior to commencement of employment.
