The CIB N.A. BBD Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of North America Agencies for EMEA HQ Banks & Broker Dealer clients by identifying new business opportunities, proposing and delivering appropriate Treasury Services products and solutions for new/existing clients who look to the TS TSO to be their trusted financial services advisor. It is the goal of the TSO to deliver exceptional service while employing risk mitigation processes for both the client and the Firm.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (In order of Importance)
ExecutesBBDs strategy by identifying new business opportunities across a suite ofsolutions.
Developsand maintains an active sales pipeline
Workswith internal partners, including HQ TSMs, Bankers and CSO’s to maintainand grow an existing portfolio
Servesas a trusted advisor, leveraging core knowledge to recommend and promoteTreasury Services solutions to clients while working within the riskparameters that protect the firm.
Developsaccount plans for select clients.
Conveysa professional, knowledgeable and confident demeanor.
Buildscollaborative internal relationships to develop and foster partnershipswith assigned portfolio Managers, Bankers, Service and Implementation andother internal partners.
Maintainsan active calling plan; regularly engaging clients and prospects tocommunicate key Treasury Services messages to drive business results.
Managescustomer expectations by communicating up front timelines anddeliverables.
Worksclosely with Implementation and CSO colleagues to ensure smoothtransition of requests.
Takesownership of escalating Treasury Management client issues to theappropriate partner (Service, Implementation, etc.) follow up and leveragethe appropriate resources to champion results.
Minimumof 3 – 7 years of treasury management, sales and relationship managementexperience.
Demonstratedexperience in delivering sales results
Strongworking relationship with clients and colleagues.
Understandingof Compliance, Know Your Customer and Risk Awareness
Competencein assessing new opportunities/prospecting, contacting key decision makers
Abilityto recognize a client's needs and apply solution selling requiring a deepcomprehension of TS products

Bachelor’sdegree in Finance or related field.
