Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) serves more than 61 million consumers and 4 million small businesses across Consumer, Business and Mortgage Banking, Card Services, Auto Finance and Merchant Services.

We are seeking a dynamic strategy professional to help us transform how we manage end-to-end technology investment and delivery throughout Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB). This position will work closely with Finance, Technology, Strategy and Business leaders within CCB and Corporate to reimagine processes and develop new tools to help inject the right level of strategic, financial and risk management discipline into a more agile way of working. This position reports to the Head of Planning & Analysis for CCB Technology & Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forms and leverages a robust understanding of CCB’s strategy, spanning its six business lines and supporting functions, and target state operating model

  • Develops tangible “artifacts” (e.g., internal playbooks, presentations, whitepapers) to help facilitate the transformation across variety of audiences and stakeholders

  • Defines “who-does-what-when” by detailing and demonstrating key processes and governance mechanisms that will support the new model

  • Collaborates on the design and build-out of a new ecosystem of technology tools (e.g., workflows, dashboards) that will support the new model

  • Coordinates with Corporate Technology, Corporate Finance and other internal partners to ensure sharing of ideas, best practices and resources from around JPMC

  • Establishes proper sources for information (people, systems, research) and develop approaches for gathering, analyzing and distilling into findings / recommendations

  • Contributes to Finance team’s efforts to adopt emerging technology, including dashboards / visualization, robotic process automation (RPA) and data ecosystem development

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related majors

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Strategy and / or Management Consulting

  • Experience working in / with Fortune 100 Financial Services companies required

  • Exposure to Agile and / or Digital transformations in Financial Services a plus

  • Self-motivated individual with ability to manage tight deadlines and ever changing priorities

  • Ability to interact with, build relationships with and influence cross-functional partners at all levels

  • Comfort interacting (verbally and in writing) and presenting to all levels of management

  • Strong attention to detail and passion for design thinking
