The Private Banking business unit helps wealthy individuals, their families and advisors to protect and grow their wealth, and, at the appropriate stage, to transfer their wealth.

The Private Banking Marketing Creative Services team provides in-house agency-style creative support for hundreds of projects and pieces each year. The department's mission is to produce distinctive work that visually and linguistically communicate J.P. Morgan Private Banking's broad range of products and services.

Role & Key Responsibilities

The Creative Services Studio Manager will to oversee the day-to-day workflow and efficiencies of all projects and pieces in the studio. Responsibilities include management of workload and project status, continued development of our workflow tool (Screen Dragon), interpret analytics to enhance efficiency, and review and improve process. He or she will be expected to gather, compile, monitor, and manage workload and project information for all accounts and troubleshoot bottlenecks in creative development, refinement, and file release.

Functional Responsibilities Include:

Managing creative schedules through all rounds to release

  • Use data analytics to find efficiencies

  • Assign work through Screen Dragon

  • Manage vendor TPO process and On-Boarding

  • Enhance process for optimal productivity

Recruiting and hiring necessary personnel according to staffing needs, and effectively utilize freelance and contract employees as needed

Providing daily leadership and direction on project priorities

  • Owning the scheduling and enhance process

  • Partnering with Studio team and internal colleagues to prioritize schedules

Ensuring that all release deadlines are met-coordinate with Creative, Account, and Production teams

  • Manage workflow particularly

  • Maintaining a high level of file integrity and leveraging technology and talent to simplify processes, eliminate redundancies and make suggestions to and enhance deliverable timelines

Qualifications:

  • Experience and Education Required

  • Minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience in project management.

  • Financial services experience is a strong plus.

  • Expertise in a variety of technical disciplines workflow and production software. Must have detailed knowledge of different project management tracking systems, as well as strong experience in cost management, estimating, RFPs and invoice processing.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently to achieve goals established in a team environment

  • Ability to decipher analytics to enhance productivity

  • Advanced working knowledge of excel
