JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management - Goals-Based Tool Support Manager, VP / ED in New York, New York

  • Support the Head of the Goals-Based Analysis Tools team with the management of the Goals-Based Analysis tool used across The Wealth Management Groups lines of business: J.P. Morgan Private Bank, J.P. Morgan Securities and Chase Wealth Management.

  • Assistant will work closely with the Investment Product Lending, Legal, Risk and Compliance groups to prioritize, design, build, test, and rollout system enhancements and updates.

  • Will be responsible for coordinating all the necessary regulatory approvals disclosures and fillings are up to date.

  • Participate in working groups with front office advisors, senior management, product and solution teams in order to gather suggestions and feedback for further enhancements.

  • Work closely with members of both the internal and external Goals-Based advice field support teams.

  • Coordinate system testing in the UAT and Production environments for all enhancements, updates and upgrades. Will be Responsible for scheduling and prioritization testing, enhancement releases. Responsible for Risk Control and Self -Assessment (RSCA).

  • Create Governance committee that will consist of members from LRC, product and support teams to vet upgrades, updates and enhancements.

  • Assist in preparing material for client seminars and advisor trainings. Demonstrate new system enhancements and updates on national calls to the front office.

  • Ensure that contracts and related amendments are up to date and in compliance.

  • Maintain budgets and ensure invoices are paid and proportionally assigned.

  • At least 10 years of experience in financial services, but not limited to, financial planning, goals-based investing, private banking, affluent/high net worth solutions and retirement strategies

  • Excellent working knowledge of each area of the Financial Planning process, including investments, insurance, tax, education planning, retirement planning, estate and wealth transfer strategies

  • Substantial work experience required in a financial advisory/sales and/or financial plan creation role

  • In-depth experience with financial planning and investment planning software applications and customized Excel modeling

  • Bachelor's degree required ‐ Certified Financial Planner (CFP) professional designation strongly preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

  • Knowledge of MoneyGuidePro ® financial planning software highly desirable

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail

  • Teamwork-oriented and partnership skills are a must

  • Proficiency at programming in R and Excel VBA highly desirable.
