JPMorgan Chase CCB Finance - VP, IT Workforce Management in Newark, Delaware
Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) technology provides technology support for applications across all lines of business. These applications are critical to ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Within CCB technology, the CCB IT Workforce Management team coordinates, communicates, and drives the location strategy for all employees and contractors in the organization domestically. CCB IT’s footprint in the United States accounts for over 7,000 employees and contractors, located in six strategic hubs as well as several other specialty locations. The team works closely with Global Real Estate, CCB Site Strategy, Global Technology Infrastructure and local hub management teams to execute on various real-estate requirements from the organization’s business managers and CIO’s.
A Metrics and Reporting on the team will maintain and create Workforce Management reporting, analytics and MIS for the CCB IT Organization. The individual must have proven reporting experience, along with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. The ability to take complex sets of data, present them so that that managers as well as senior executives can interpret the information, draw conclusions and inform their decisions is a key requirement for this role.
Maintain and refine key metrics and performance indicators measuring efficiency of the CCB IT organization, including alignment to key locations, structure and shape of the organization.
Interact with and support data requests by other CCB Tech or Global Technology groups
Collaborate with Finance & Business Managers, CIOs, CTOs and HR Business Partners to build a sustainable process and toolset to measure and improve key organizational indicators
As well as the primary responsibility of driving execution of the Organizational Design and Performance work stream, the Workforce Management Lead will also support the rest of the Workforce Management team; responsibilities which may also include:
Drive Monthly Reviews providing visibility and transparency into progress against plans, issues needing executive attention and upcoming milestones
Develop dashboards and reporting to show progress towards goals
Drive process improvement and engage with the tools and automation team members across multiple working groups for dashboard development and KPI’s
Drive consistent business practices, development of KPI’s, setting logical key performance measures and reporting driving towards continuous improvement in accuracy and control
Minimum 7 years of experience in a reporting, analytics, MIS and underlying technologies (such as Business Objects, Cognos, SQL, QlikView, Tableau, MS Access VBA automation)
Excellent team player with ability to multi-task
Excellent with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated individual with exceptions organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with small and large groups of business users
Ability to problem-solve creatively in diverse and rapidly changing environment
Must have a customer experience, empathic, and service oriented mindset
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance or Analytics preferred, complemented with a strong passion for technology
Reporting and analytics experience within a technology organization an advantage
