The Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) team is part of The Global Compliance & Regulatory Management department which is responsible for the provision of compliance services to the Firm. The Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) organization has over 700 staff members across the world. It covers both global and business-aligned functions supporting the firm’s Anti-money laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-corruption programs and is lead by the BSA/AML Officer and the AML Operations Executive.

Global Sanctions Compliance (GSC) is within the GFCC organization and is responsible for the provision of investigation, screening, advisory, and other sanctions compliance services to the Firm. GSC Investigations supports all regions and lines of business of the Firm and investigates potential OFAC sanctions violations, prepares voluntary self-disclosures to OFAC, responds to subpoenas, information requests, and Freedom of Information Act requests from regulatory agencies, and performs other duties, as needed. The GSC Investigations Compliance Officer conducts ongoing reviews and investigations as well as works closely with GFCC Legal and other GSC teams to fulfill these duties for the firm's OFAC compliance program in a timely manner. The position investigates and collects detailed information from various lines of business and operating units to prepare detailed reports and correspondence in a time sensitive environment.

The position reports to GSC Investigations’ Management and is an integral part of GFCC’s responsibilities to protect the organization and to fulfill the Bank's regulatory and reputational risk requirements.

The position will perform additional duties as requested. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.

  • Bachelor Degree in Related Field

  • 5+ years Compliance related experience

  • Knowledge of AML, OFAC and Sanctions

  • Strong Writing and Communication Skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team
