Organization & TeamOverview:

The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team resides within Corporate Finance. The group is responsible for the execution and delivery against the Firm’s regulatory reporting requirements to its U.S. regulators. The team has end-to-end responsibility for US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing, including the design, implementation, and oversight of the execution, analysis, control and governance frameworks. Its mandate includes determining the appropriate investment in people, processes and technology to improve the accuracy, completeness and consistency of the Firm’s US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing submissions, as well as the implementation of new requirements and guidelines as they are published.

The objectives of the FRRA Team are to provide leadership on all aspects of US regulatory reporting and Firm wide capital stress-testing, including both internal and regulatory requirements

The Finance Reporting Infrastructure (FRI) is a legacy project under the Finance Forward vision. The FRI Implementation team helps define and deliver target state operating model and technology requirements to strategically source data required for firm wide reporting.

Position Overview:

This position is within the external reporting team and will be focused on implementation of production tools and processing activities in support of the Finance & Risk Roadmap. Through partnership with technology, finance operations, and the business architecture team; the focus will be on delivering new products, reports, and increased functionality to the strategic finance platform (FRI). Using natural synergies and partnerships with all lines of business the team will bring the next phase of finance reporting to fruition.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.

  • 1-3 plus years of financial services experience; internal JPMorgan experience preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and time management skills

  • Proven track record of large scale problem solving

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience

  • Project Management exposure, specifically in the Agile methodology
