Firmwide Risk Reporting and Middle Office (RRMO), a group within Corporate Risk Management, produces internal and external reporting and analysis used to manage risk through changing market conditions, supports regulatory requirements regarding Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting, and executes controls to measure the quality of risk data.

As an Associate Business Manager within RRMO Business Management, you will be involved in a variety of activities cross the RRMO team which may include, but are not limited, to the following:

  • Preparation of management reporting and presentations

  • Run special projects / strategic initiatives and assist in control action plan remediation

  • Consolidate and report monthly key performance metrics including explains on drivers / themes

  • Manage headcount, open roles, and financials tracking

  • Manage governance processes and various periodic recertifications across the department

  • Run cross team working groups

  • Participate in Real Estate planning and execution

  • Manage team communications including town halls and business review presentations

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience

  • Experience in business management or similar roles (e.g. project management, governance, controls)

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and bring tasks to closure

  • Skilled with using Microsoft products including PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong team player who can work well and build partnerships with colleagues of various levels, across multiple locations

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information for and report up to senior management

  • Ability to identify improvement of a current processes and execute

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with large amounts of data

  • BA/BS degree required
