HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is a team of 750 who execute and support core HR activities for the 260,000+ employees of JPMorgan Chase working in 63 countries.

The North American Payroll team services the US, Canada, and Bahamas, with primary oversight for payroll processing operations including all facets of downstream support. The overall North American Payroll organization has four main work streams; Payroll Operations, Timekeeping, Case Management and US Payroll Tax & Accounting. Payroll operates in a regional model; U.S. employee primary hub is located in Delaware, and a secondary presence in our Bangalore shared services center. Team members in Tampa will support and collaborate with the Delaware and Bangalore teams.

  • 3 years experience with PeopleSoft payroll in an integrated environment, or the equivalent operations or compliance experience

  • 1-3 years experience with PeopleSoft query, or the equivalent excel or reporting/analytics experience

  • Results and action oriented to achieve quality results in extremely tight timeframes

  • Must have initiate, be self starter, fast learner and team player

  • Flexible and adaptable to ongoing changes, to ensure success for the greater good of the entire HRSD global family

  • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions

  • Strong client focus; ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment

  • Experience documenting standard operating procedures and life cycle testing is a plus
