HR Business Resiliency Manager will partner with Business Process Managers to confirm resiliency planning is in place and tested to ensure bank operations will continue during disruptive events with minimal impact. Additionally, the Business Resiliency / Relationship Manager will work across multiple levels within the organization to identify, socialize and mitigate resiliency related risks. The identified candidate will report to the Head of Global HR Business Resiliency and spear-head many initiatives on behalf of HR Business Resiliency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute business resiliency planning for an assigned portfolio of critical business processes

  • Responsible for HR business process groups to project manage the annual renewal of HR resiliency documents - BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and BRP (Business Resiliency Plans)

  • Demonstrate analytical skills in assessing resiliency risks within the assigned portfolio

  • On a quarterly basis, develop and present Resiliency Risk Pro Forma to executive leadership team

  • Influence appropriate prioritization of resiliency risk mitigation activities

  • Partner with the functional control officers as needed

  • Manage the quality and effectiveness of resiliency strategy within assigned portfolio


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant professionalexperience

  • Demonstrated experienceor aptitude in project management, risk management, quality control, businessresiliency planning, crisis management or testing development and delivery

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience inoperations

  • Must be available to support thebusiness during disruptive events which span weekends and holidays

  • Strongknowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint

  • Strongcommunication and presentation skills with proven experience in presentingto executive management

  • Abilityto handle pressure situations and lead/assist with crisismanagement when needed

  • Must have flexible working hours, strong time management, prioritization and attention todetail

  • Travel (less than 20%) isbased on business need
