Position Summary :
Wealth Management Operations, located in Newark, Delaware, is looking for an experienced Business/Project Analyst to join the Fee Billing Project Team. This Team supports strategic initiatives, new Product offerings, and enhancements to the existing billing system for Client accounts. The work is diverse, fast-paced, and closely-linked to business priorities.
Develop a working knowledge of the back-office fee billing application, the legacy user interface to fee data on client accounts, and the new strategic fees suite being developed.
Apply analytical skills to succinctly summarize large quantities of data framing the business context of questions and issues as they arise
Support the migration off the legacy system over to new applications:
Design and execute User Testing of new functionality under development in the new strategic interface
Assist with the creation of training and communications materials
Participate in planning for operational readiness for front, middle and back office Users
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships within Wealth Management Operations as well as with Technology and external vendors to build product expertise and assist with issue resolution
3+ years of business analyst and/or project management experience
Strong working knowledge of analytical user tools deployed in an financial operations context such as Excel (spreadsheets, formulas) and Visio (process flow diagramming)
Solid oral and written communications skills
Demonstrated knowledge of the Project Life Cycle: scope definition and management, planning, estimating, analysis, development, testing and implementation
Prior experience drafting test cases, executing test scripts, and status reporting
Demonstrated abilities to develop relationships with operational processing units, to communicate project status, and to understand detailed business requirements
Series 99 securities license is required within 120 days of joining the department
