JPMorgan Chase Design Associate - Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Digital Banking - Commercial Bank - Palo Alto, CA in Palo Alto, California

J.P. Morgan is seeking a talented individual for the position of Design Associate in our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Digital group.

The CRE Digital, Design Associate will be responsible for ensuring execution of the unit’s business goals. They will support the CRE Digital, Design Director for design planning and execution. Projects will require quantitative analysis, structured thinking and collaboration across the lines of business and functional areas of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quantitativeand qualitative analysis of business problems to propose alternatives.

  • Tracking and supporting successful execution of the financial and business goals tosupport the CRE Digital, Design Director.

  • Analyze andmake recommendations for the development of platform ecosystem for strategicpartnerships and growth of the Digital platform

  • Analyze thepotential impact of design changes to CRE business and makerecommendations

  • Investigate opportunitiesto initiate and implement technology partnerships to automate the business andaccelerate adoption of innovative technologies

  • Build bridges with CRE sales andmarketing to understand their needs and translate them into the digitalpriorities

  • Build domain expertise in commercialreal estate business to support the CRE, Digital Design Director.

  • 3+ years of related work experience required; experience workingin a large technologycompany or consulting firm preferred

  • Proven end-to-endproblem-solving skills with the ability to structure andanalyze ambiguous business problems paying attention to detail while not losing the big picture.

  • Effective use of businessknowledge and design expertise to challenge assumptions and operating modelscoming from experience in strategy, product management and go to market atlarge organizations

  • Analysis andrecommendation on design direction, strategic partnerships, setup andenablement of partner ecosystem; experience in product management andlaunch of enterprise grade software products is preferred

  • Successful track recorddemonstrating a high level of personal initiative, workingwith sales, marketing and customers while demonstrating entrepreneurial zeal within large enterprises to resolve diverse businesschallenges

  • Ability to prioritize demands in anambiguous, fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines withoutcompromising on intellectual rigor

  • Excellent written andoral communication skills to present ideas and recommendationsto senior management

  • Ability to work independently whilecollaborating with others in a complex organization

  • Exposureto commercial real estate is a plus

  • Undergraduate degree required; Engineering or other quantitativediscipline preferred
