We are a Public Sector Processing Division for Receivables Operations falling under CIB Banking Operations. Our LOB processes applications and support documentation for our customer. Our strategic focus is to deliver an extraordinary level of service and quality to our customer, while leveraging the firm's operations and technology infrastructure.

As an Transaction Processing Manager in Phoenix Lockbox you will be responsible for: Overseeing daily workflow of specific workgroups and/or segments of the Lockbox Workflow Process. Other key responsibilities include "direct ownership" of remittance processing performance including allocating work in process to maximize high productivity, excellent quality. Scheduling performance feedback and counseling of associates, which require an understanding of policies and procedures. Responsible for shift operations, informing shift manager of process delays, breakdowns, and resolving problems or obstacles to production and/or quality. Effectively focusing on process management with an emphasis on high quality service and productivity by utilizing service improvement tools and methodologies; Providing guidance and development of the Team Leaders and Operations team members while creating a highly engaged environment; Ensuring that all customer and bank guidelines are followed as they relate to operations, internal audit and security, and general management practices; Handling complex customer relationships with a strong emphasis on process management and total quality; and Effectively utilizing teamwork and leadership behaviors. Must be able to adapt and handle change effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in a business related discipline is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience, preferably in a Lockbox production environment.

  • Ability to lead, direct, and be visible to staff and direct reports.

  • Ability to coordinate and organize work while meeting and handling multiple deadline driven processes. This requires the demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous activities simultaneously.

  • Solid PC skills

  • Good decision making skills as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.

  • Effectively interact with all diverse groups within the organization.

  • Display core leadership abilities: strong planning/organization, motivation, problem solving/conflict resolution, analytical, team building, and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Stand, sit still, and walk for long periods of time.

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

  • Ability to work second shift hours, occasional weekends as needed and come in early to attend meetings when necessary.

Work schedule – Monday – Friday / 1:30pm-10pm

Pays 10% shift differential
