Join Global People Support (GPS) and help lead part of an innovative and evolving Employee Relations (ER) team, who helps JPMorgan Chase & Co. managers across the globe build their people management skills, deliver a great employee experience and fulfill the JPMorgan Chase & Co. business principles all while being an employee advocate.

This Human Resources (HR) role will focus on Quality Assurance and Risk/Controls for the Global People Support (GPS) team in line with the firm’s compliance practices. As part of the GPS Quality and Controls (Q&C) team, the successful candidate will conduct quality assurance reviews to identify, monitor and assess operational risk, analyze and test controls, confirm adherence to policies/standards/procedures/regulations and ensure Q&C processes, documentation and training is updated.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct case management and process/procedure reviews for accuracy and compliance

  • Identify and escalate errors and control issues, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution

  • Advise, coach and educate GPS employees and team managers to promote compliance

  • Prepare quality, risk and control reporting, and other relevant documentation for control functions and Risk Committees as appropriate

  • Analyze trends.Recommend control revisions and improvement strategies

  • Recommend training improvements based on trends

  • Lead and manage various Q&C projects as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years HR experience primarily in an Employee Relations or Generalist capacity but other combinations of HR experience could be considered; GPS experience preferred

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skill

  • Highly motivated individual with demonstrated ability to coach colleagues

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • High level of technology skills including MS office

  • Prior program and project management experience, including creating conceptual plans into actionable and practical initiatives

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence staff at all levels

  • Strong planning and organization skills

  • Ability to produce high-quality written reports, for use at Executive level

  • Ability to gather, synthesize and analyze data and draw logical conclusions

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
