JPMorgan Chase Global Real Estate Data Infrastructure requires a leader for our core property data application and associated functions. This position plays a critical role supporting not only Global Real Estate, but all lines of business across the firm as they view their real estate occupancy and cost allocation information.
Global Real Estate (GRE) manages the firm's real estate assets and investments and partners with the lines of business to proactively address their real estate needs.
GRE Data Infrastructure supports the system of record for key JPMC property information globally, including space, property, floor plan and real estate allocation detail.
GRE Infrastructure is recruiting for a Global Real Estate System User Support, Data Maintenance, and Reporting Lead. This role will collaborate with Global LOBs and the core system user base in developing and designing the system user experience. This role works closely with GRE partners and the team that collects, structures, calculates, and publishes all JPMC workforce, GRE portfolio, and other relevant corporate data needed to deliver GRE portfolio occupancy. He/she will also interface with GRE teams to ensure the efficient and accurate supply of data, including property, space, occupancy and allocation; functional partners across GRE; and technology to drive process and application enhancements.
Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Governance of system users including:
Develop a deep understanding of user needs and goals with the ability to synthesize and communicate to cross-functional teams.
Define and enhance the user experience including managing user interfaces, training, and communication.
Rationalize access roles managing system administration, oversight, and access/permissions control.
Define and maintain data taxonomy and information architecture in accordance with Data Governance and Controls team.
Rationalize property and space reporting including oversight and governance of real estate standard reports, ad hoc reporting requests, and leveraging other reporting sources.
Manage the GREDLPro admin mailbox and GREDLPro feedback submissions researching and performing daily system updates, creating new property profiles, and maintenance as required.
Responsible for documentation of process flows, data governance, policy, and process & procedure, and ensure adherence with regular risk assessments.
Responsible for Resolution and Recovery quarterly and annual reporting for properties.
Support system enhancements and UAT as needed.
4-6 years in Operations, Technology or UI/UX roles.
Knowledge of conducting user research to collect and analyze user behaviors.
Experience in developing tailored reporting packages for targeted users.
Experience with system administration and governance.
Experience with real estate, lease contracts, occupancy and allocations management, data, and reporting preferred.
Strong team player and interpersonal skills; demonstrable experience managing cross-functional and in-group relationships.
Clear, efficient, personable, and effective communication skills that create trouble-shooting results in time-sensitive situations.
Development and maintenance of documentation and controls needed to maintain a well-controlled, auditable environment.
