JPMorgan Chase Business Operations Manager - Merchant Services - Dallas, TX in Plano, Texas
Within this position a individual will be responsible for the execution of initiatives relative to Client Billing, including business requirements and testing, as well as research and resolution to client billing disputes and refund calculations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Understanding Service Codes; impact to general ledger and client billing.
Resolving client billing disputes; research/validate client issues including pulling of initial impact lists to identify/quantify financial impact
Participate in billing related projects as the billing system subject matter expert to drive business requirements, and implementation. Projects could include Payment Brand Releases, New Products and Structures.
Understand how pricing methods and billing system works as SME for business
Work with Project & Account Management teams to implement multi-customer pricing changes through Batch Maintenance.
Work with Account Boarding & Setup teams to validate billing information is being setup correctly
Maintains appropriate documentation, SOP’s and process controls.
7+ years of experience in Finance/Billing Management, Statement Operations, Merchant Servicing.
Data gathering or database querying (SQL) experience required.
EIS and/or Cognos experience preferred.
Payment processing business/industry knowledge a must.
Finance/Accounting, Project Management, Systems Development knowledge a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, project management, or MIS; advanced degree, a plus.
Ability to work across functions, and regions, with strong collaboration skills.
Excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.
Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
