Position Overview

The Wholesale Banking Credit Transformation - Head of Program Management will serve as a key partner to the Leads for Wholesale Banking Credit Transformation. For this role, we are seeking a results-focused and highly motivated individual to be responsible for coordination and reporting across the Credit Transformation Initiative. This person will also be responsible for managing discrete projects across the broader initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Credit Transformation portfolio reporting for the management team and other key business and functional stakeholders

  • Maintain integrated delivery roadmap across all Credit Transformation initiatives

  • Identify and track achievements, open items, issues and risk across all Transformation initiatives, escalating items for attention to Transformation leadership

  • Coordinate updates from Credit Transformation initiatives into line-of-business, Risk, and broader JPMC reporting and communications

  • Maintain agenda, materials and action items for key meetings

  • Work closely with other initiative teams and partner organizations to identify prospective issues and develop remediation approaches

  • Lead discrete projects focused on improving client experiences, operating efficiencies, or controls

Qualifications

  • Experience with and a true passion for process innovation, business consulting and leading-edge technology

  • 5+ years’ experience working with operational change management programs; experience with the PMO of a large Financial Services firm or a strategy consulting firm serving financial institutions required

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders within large organizations

  • Strong judgement, independent decision-making ability and written / verbal communications skills

  • Ability and flexibility to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with PowerPoint presentations and Excel modeling

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related Masters Degree is a plus
