JPMChoice is a JPMC initiative that enables employees to use unassigned seating in either traditional or refreshed Workspaces. The strategy allows JPMC to enhance work-force practices by promoting team collaboration and allowing for individual choice, while creating a more flexible, efficient workplace.

The JPMChoice Program is a partner team to the Local Leadership Program, and both functions are part of the Chief Administrative Officer’s Corporate Strategic Initiatives (CSI) team. The CSI teams operate as dedicated internal consultants and program managers with a mandate to help business, operational, and support functions make decisions that result in operating and bottom-line improvements.

This role within the JPMChoice PMO will have responsibility for JPMChoice Program Management Office (PMO) administration and will primarily focus on developing JPMChoice reporting and communications capabilities to help drive informed decisions related to Choice deployments. Typical duties (not exhaustive) include:

  • Owning the delivery of planned and ad hoc JPMChoice executive reporting including:

  • JPMChoice Steering Committee (SteerCo)

  • JPMC executive reporting, planned and ad hoc

  • JPMChoice internal team meetings

  • Ad hoc JPMChoice project meetings

  • Developing and delivering JPMChoice communications including:

  • Internal and external communications

  • Own and maintain the JPMChoice intranet and SharePoint sites

  • Managing ad hoc JPMChoice project deliverables and elevate risks to program leadership



  • Ensure all JPMChoice reporting is accurate, efficient and delivered on time

  • Maintain reporting SLAs with relevant stakeholders

  • Liaise with JPMChoice data analytics, strategy and deployment teams to ensure reporting aligns with all ongoing activities

  • Deliver ad hoc reporting


  • Partner with JPMChoice teams and Corporate Communications to develop accurate and compelling communications

  • Ensure all JPMChoice teams are kept up to date on current communications templates and the appropriate utilization of each template

Program Management

  • Ensure all JPMChoice team meetings are rationally structured, efficient and relevant to attendees

  • Work with JPMChoice leadership to develop relevant content for senior leadership meetings (including the JPMChoice SteerCo)

  • Project manage ad hoc initiatives relating to the delivery and governance of JPMChoice and escalate risks to the JPMChoice leadership

  • 4 years of project / program management

  • 2-4 years of management consulting experience

  • 2+ years of global, cross LOB and functional project experience

  • Proficient in Excel (e.g., array formulas, pivot tables, index/match, familiar with VBA)

  • Strong Power point skills

  • Demonstrated partnering, influencing and negotiating skills

  • Keen attention to details and demonstrated ability to quality check work

  • Clear, efficient, personable, and effective communication skills that create trouble-shooting results in time-sensitive situations

  • Demonstrated experience and comfort interacting with senior leadership

  • Strong team player and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle high stress while maintaining accuracy in tight deadlines

  • Strong academic background (BSc in Business or related field)
