Transformation Program Director

Project Catalyst is one of five major initiatives supporting the Commercial Bank transformation agenda. The goal of this sales enablement effort is to deliver new technologies, data, and business processes to help our bankers optimize sales efforts and deliver a better overall experience to our clients.

The Program Director will lead cross-functional teams to wind down the existing CRM platform through full decommission. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated consistent success developing and delivering CRM solutions in a dynamic cross-functional environment.

This role requires a combination of expertise in key areas including stakeholder alignment, business partner and technology leadership engagement, and change measurement along with extensive experience in managing complex change initiatives and teams

Responsibilities:

  • A keen focus on project organization and execution

  • Liaison with partners to understand current processes and reporting & analysis needs, and craft strategies for their transition off the current CRM tool

  • Define current state business and technology alignment, cross impact strategy, set direct and develop a multiyear roadmap to for full decommission

  • Manage and deliver against an on-going roadmap of short, medium, and long term priorities defining new CRM product opportunities

  • End-to-end Project Delivery and Execution of decommission and projects identified as pre requisites or dependencies.

  • Understanding of application development, infrastructure, risk, cyber security and controls.

  • Establish project requirements, priorities, and deadline.

  • Lead projects from planning through delivery utilizing the Agile framework

  • 10+ years Program Management and/or top-tier consulting experience; Financial Services experience preferred

  • Experience managing business and / or technology program management working with complex transformation initiatives

  • Strong practice knowledge working with CRM Data and Processes, preferably in the Financial Service domain

  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and lead cross-functional teams

  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills including the ability to act as a leader and sponsor

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to provide thoughtful impact analysis

  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and lead cross-functional teams

  • A focus on project organization and execution

  • Banking & Financial Services industry experience including Commercial Banking
