This role prime will be focus on delivering Technology Solutions for the Marketing and CX business within the Commercial Bank. The specific function of this role is to support a Marketing automation application, eg Marketo which is a vendor app used by the Marketing team to run Marketing campaigns, lead lifecycle management and scoring with Commercial Banking Clients and prospects. In addition the role also requires support of the Marketing web sites, to create the standard look, layout and features of the CB public web sites in conjunction with direction from the Marketing team.

There are also a large number of applications used for various purposes by the Marketing team, which need the required controls and standards put in place and integrated where possible into our strategic platforms and lastly the digital marketing platform is also an area of responsibility as we look to expand our digital capability for Marketing and Bankers

This position will serve as a Senior Project Manager defining requirements and driving execution on behalf of the Marketing team, as we streamline and integrate our Marketing process and begin to leverage our digital platform, big data and analytics. The position will report to the Marketing and Client Experience Senior Technology Manager , but will interact with teams from across CB technology , as well as technology groups in other lines of business that provide technology services to this Business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Business and Technology teams to define and execute the technology strategy aligned with firmwide initiatives and business-specific objectives.

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Marketing business initiatives and the technology that the Marketing business utilizes both now and in the future

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Marketing management and support personnel

  • Communicate project and issue status to the Marketing business and Technology Management on a regular basis.

  • Understand the details of the Commercial Banking business.

  • Maintain a good relationship with key sponsors.

  • Work with internal clients to formulate and innovate theoretical processes (using technology) that add business value (validate that they provide JPM with ROI)

  • Capture of business requirements and use cases (including screen designs)

  • Integrate Marketing applications with existing strategic applications to drive end to end workflow

  • Driving requirements and user stories

  • Partner with developers to ensure requirements are implemented as per specification

  • Test case validation & some test case writing QA co-ordination (some personal testing time will also be required)

  • UAT Coordination

  • Deployment management

  • Troubleshooting of issues including working with Level 1 + 2 support teams and business users

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience

  • Financial Services Background, knowledge of the Banking business an advantage

  • Must have worked as an end user client facing business analyst

  • Must have worked on solution design through client problem statements and not just requirements notation.

  • Must have experience presenting to senior management.

  • Experience in Agile methodology a distinct advantage

  • Hands on technology experience an advantage
