The CWM Operations strategy and planning team is seeking a highly talented Vice President to serve as a UAT lead across CWM. They will be expected to develop UAT program structure, approach & manage UAT resources across CWM / Wealth Management & represent the team to senior management & stakeholders. This person’s team will provide centralized prioritization, planning, design, and execution leadership & support for large, complex, technology-dependent programs & projects that cut across multiple businesses & functional units.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop & execute on UAT opportunities / needs, manage scope and minimize overlap xLOB

  • Participate in & drive requirement & design discussions by understanding/managing collision points xLOB

  • End to end business process coverage across applications (& awareness of LOB impacts)

  • Test execution, coordination &management: Test data & environments for CWM testers

  • Coordinate & Analyze Cross impacts across programs.

  • Be aware of & proactively identify client changes that may affect CWM

  • Understand automation/robotics and associated reporting to interface with the technology team

  • Locate and Know the key players to ensure overall UAT / Test coverage

  • Capacity planning and Identifying opportunities for large scale incremental UAT needs (migrations, conversions, training)

  • Be hands on and Participate in UAT test execution (20-30% should be allocated to this) and help with training and adoption

  • Coordinate & perform Production validations / limited pilot

  • Manage Cross impact, Handoffs, understand User experience integration (Isolated vs. integrated experience), Ops impact of defect deferral cross releases

  • Leverage the Knowledge Management System

  • Requires 7+ years in Quality Assurance/UAT, Program or Project Management capacity in IT or Business environment

  • Strong governance skills

  • Leadership and influence capabilities

  • Exceptional project and process management skills

  • Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills to be used in evaluation and interpretation of data

  • Ability to follow complex methods and procedures in a changing business environment

  • Strong oral and written communication, presentation, project management and teamwork skills required; Must have the ability to document key process and testing in a clear and comprehensive manner

  • Strong priority/time management, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail required

  • Prefer demonstrated proficiency in using multiple systems, platforms and applications

  • Prefer Investment Banking or Brokerage industry experience

  • High proficiencies required: JIRA / ALM or ZEPHYR / Visio / MS Office Suite; Nice to have: Java / Selenium / Cucumber / Any other Automation tool

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly

  • FINRA Series 99 (or equivalent)
