We are currently recruiting for a Senior Corporate Banker who will take responsibility for global relationships with select Real Estate clients. The position will provide lead coverage and work in partnership with other J.P. Morgan lines of businesses to deliver the firm's wholesale product capabilities to our clients.
Core Responsibilities :
Build and develop Treasurer and CFO levelcoverage of Corporate Bank selected clients in the Real Estate sector
You would be responsible forMarketing in-scope Invest Banking (IB) products (including: traditional creditproduct, private placements, ABS/Conduit, FX, Flow derivatives, Commodities,Sales and Trading) and all non-IB products (including: Treasury Services,Worldwide Securities Services, and Asset Wealth Management), through integratedTreasurer and CFO office level coverage
In partnership with others, you would beexpected to drive account planning processes for Corporate Bank selectedclients
Drive and ensure overall clientrelationship profitability
Ensure full compliance, monitoring andreporting of Risk & Control requirements, including Know Your Customer(KYC)
Qualifications and Background/Skill Requirements:
Demonstratedexcellent performance at Managing Director or seasoned Executive Director level
Provenability to create, develop and maintain trusted client relationships, asevidenced by, winning new business, closing transactions and possessingvaluable professional networks, ideally with this client set
Understandingof most of the relevant key products used: fixed income (credit andrates, especially high-grade debt), flow derivatives, FX, commodities,treasury services, custody and integrated reporting and financing products
Flexibilityto travel frequently across the U.S. and globe as needed
Abilityto navigate across large organizations to get things done and brokerinformation across the firm; ability to form strong partnerships and workin environments where there are multiple, overlapping stakeholders
Ableto develop viable strategies to grow the overall business with this clientset, as well as take pragmatic steps to execute these strategies
Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
Establishednetwork or experience in the Real Estate sector is a major plus
Bachelor’sdegree required; MBA preferred; a minimum of 12 years of FinancialServices / Banking experience required
