This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

• Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

• Proven accurate code development experience within Java, Python, Bash, Node and JavaScript as needed

• Proven experience working in an Agile environment and consistently articulating progress, focus area, and blockers in 30 – 60 seconds during standup.

• Proven experience working and being reliable with JIRA

• Experience with stakeholder management

• Proven team player with collaborative thinking

• Ability to deliver and demo platform in Core Robotics Framework – Java/Selenium/Appium, Intelligent Sensors – Spark ML/Tensorflow, AI/ML Spark Models - Spark, ELK, OpenAI, weka, deeplearning4, Orchestration/Smart Queue – Redis/Dynamo/Jenkins, or REST Microservice – Jersey/Swagger, or UI – Angular/JavaScript/Node).

• Intermediate experience with mentoring and reviewing the work of junior staff members/peers

• Experience with “Definition of Done” principles (Unit Tests, README, Functional Tests, Green Build, Vetted HL Design, Defined / Vetted Acceptance Criteria, Ease of Use, 12 Factor Principles)

• Experience producing critical high bug stories and fixing team-wide critical/high bugs

• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems

• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

• Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
