Serve as a team leader and a product owner advocate to the team to delivering tangible, business ready artifacts every sprint.
Become the subject matter expert to any and all features being developed.
Mentor other associates with their technical and leadership skills.
Clarify business requirements by championing techniques such as journey maps, story mapping, clear and concise user stories, event storming, domain driven design, behavioral driven development, etc.
Assist teams to ensure requirements are validated through efforts such as manual testing, constantly communicating with development and test automation engineers and ensuring timely updates to requirement changes.
Learn and advocate for practices such as Domain Driven Design, Behavioral Driven Development and Event Sourcing.
What Education/Experience do I Need?
You have at least 5 years of experience in business requirements gathering and analysis with a Bachelor’s degree.
You will have experience in JIRA or other similar Software Development Lifecycle management tool.
Experience leading business requirement discussions with product owners, development team members and management. Working and leading agile software engineering teams.

Do I Have an Edge Over Other Candidates?
Yes, if I have experience with Agile XP practices, Domain Driven Design, Behavioral Driven Development and Event Storming. Knowledge of the payments industry is an asset.

Bachelors degree and relevant experience in software development
3 - 5 years of work experience in an Agile software delivery environment.
