The KYC Operations team is part of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) within the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) division of JPMorgan. KYC Operations has a global footprint with hubs in Asia Pacific, The Americas and EMEA. WCOB Global Policy Implementation has execution teams in Brooklyn, Tampa, Bournemouth and other locations globally.

The WCOB Global Policy Implementation team is responsible for operationalizing and putting into practice KYC Policy for the global WCOB organization including Procedures and Training. Additionally, the group is responsible for execution of Specialty Operations including managing Screening Alerts for CIB.

This position will be responsible for owning WCOB KYC Due Diligence processes for specialty industries such as Third Party Payment Processors. This function will support the global CIB business and the KYC Operations.

This is an opportunity for a highly skilled AML/KYC expert to progress their career in a fast growing and highly professional international environment. The individual will work in close partnership with WCOB Regional Teams, Compliance, and Product functions to improve the ability for WCOB to comply with the GFCC specialized due diligence requirements. Since this is a newly created position, the individual will have the opportunity to build and develop the function. This includes optimization and documentation of the applicable processes as part of an evolution toward a more standardized approach for Third Party Payment Processors and like industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilityfor owning specific KYC Processes end-to-end such as Specialized DueDiligence.

  • Champion strategic solutionsfor complex operational issues for Specialized Due Diligence structures

  • Partner on StrategicInitiative Projects impacting Specialized Due Diligence Processes

  • Represent WCOB with BusinessStakeholders at key senior management forums

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
