Responsible for the full internal/external client experience with respect to the use and support of treasury products. Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of high level customer satisfaction; and for active participation in customer satisfaction improvement initiatives. Accountable for managing positive perception of the firm's business and electronic products.
Provide feedback on product software performance and operational efficiency in the customer environment. Develop specialized skills around the product line and the related technologies and businesses.
Proficient Portuguese and English language skills (verbal, written, and reading) required
Bachelor degree or equivalent education/work experience
Excellent communication, oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Technical proficiency in Windows LAN/PC environments and systems, and in web and browser-based applications and technologies.
General knowledge of cash management business
Strong customer service skills, call centre experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Occasional overtime may be needed
Work schedule: Monday - Friday / 10am - 7pm
Training schedule: Approximately 3 weeks - Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
