The Central Screening Unit is a firm-wide utility responsible for all transaction and message screening at JPMorgan across all lines of business. The CSU works closely with Compliance and the Lines of Business to ensure that the appropriate data and formats are submitted for screening, that the policies and procedures associated to the process support a robust and controlled sanction screening program and that all required transaction data is screened. The CSU is in an audit-ready state at all times from both internal and external auditors, including regulators. The team operates in 6 sites in a 24 hour/ 6 day operating model: Bangalore, Mumbai, and Tampa are the core sites, with Moscow, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore as specialized sites to support local regulations.

The Transaction Processing Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manages a large and/or several smaller transaction processing groups/functions, including the implementation of operational policies, processes, and services.

  • Accountable for managing the CSU daily processes ensuring SLAs and cutoffs are met.

  • Responsible for the proper management of staff and shifts globally to ensure the queues management process is successful.

  • Responsible for timely Client responses and first class service delivery.

  • Accountable for operational risk management and people management.

  • Drives execution of operational strategy.

  • Leads team activities and monitors progress.

  • May supports client delivery relationships.

  • May present business updates to Functional Managers.

  • Minimum 2 years managing staff globally

  • Ability to develop exceptional teams with high performance deliveries

  • Analyze current state business functions and processes; suggest and implement cost effective efficiencies

  • Outstanding presentation skills

  • LOB knowledge

  • Business processes and procedures

  • Risk based thinking always keeping the firms best interest first

  • Client relationship

  • Consulting and relationship building ability

  • GSM/Fircosoft Product knowledge helpful
