Corporate Technology (CT) - aligned Cybersecurity and Technology Controls (CTC) organization will proactively drive Corporate Technology's adoption and leverage of CTC's full range of capabilities, the team will be structured as Business Leads responsible for the delivery of all CTC services to the CT towers, and Product Leads responsible for the quality, consistency and efficiency of a CTC product across CT, acting as the key interface to the applicable CTC product owners. Business Leads will also have accountability to their respective CT Tower Leads.
We are currently sourcing a specific role within the Corporate Technology (CT) - aligned Cybersecurity and Technology Controls (CTC) for a Strategy & Business Services Lead . The role involves working directly for the CT Support Team Lead (ED/MD) creating, governing and executing on the group’s strategy, the book of work while also governing the health of organization. The role requires strong partnership with the Finance & Business Management Lead who supports the organization including resource management, financial management and analyses, investment prioritization and portfolio management, location strategy, business metrics and analyses, and efficiency program management.
The CT-aligned CTC Strategy & Business Services Lead will be responsible for working with the CT Team Lead creating the strategy in partnership with the business, technology colleagues, human resources, recruiting and finance & business management team and then having day to day responsibility for ensuring business delivery. Proven strategic and execution experience with collaboration and influencing skills in large matrix organizations is a must. Primary Responsibilities :
Experience in developing a multi-year strategy with a senior leader
Proven approaches to communicating and reporting said strategy
Ability to communicate and present strategy to executives and staff at all levels
Experience in building communication and change management plans and approaches
Lead programs across multiple teams to achieve said strategy
Communicates to and partners with all levels of leadership in the CT, CTC and partner organizations
Govern and manage demand for the team to ensure successful execution of the book of work/strategy
Works with CT Lead and HR managing and evaluating performance. Ensures goals and development plans are created and tracked, ensure performance reviews are written that are meaningful and provide constructive feedback.
Works with leadership team to builds teams that succeed by continually assessing the deliverables and aligning team members with the appropriate skills
Creates a client centric environment for team and contributors

The role is based in Tampa, FL and involves frequent interactions with cross-CTC, CT and F&BM teams within J.P. Morgan Chase. The successful and qualified candidate will have 7+ years of IT experience in the broader financial services industry. Previous program management experience is preferred.
