JPMorgan Chase Intake and Demand Management Project Manager /Coordinator in Tampa, Florida

JPMorgan Chase’s Merchant Services Infrastructure Team is looking for an experienced and adaptable Infrastructure Support Coordinator. A successful candidate will work closely with sponsors and key stakeholders of the line of business and other IT groups within JPMorgan Chase.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing the intake and demand of support related request to Digital Reliability Operations and Merchant Services Infrastructure teams

  • Managing the administrative functions required to deliver infrastructure inclusive of planning, tracking, ordering, reporting, and consumption

  • Working closely with the project sponsor, subject matter experts, stakeholders and solution group to ensure that the optimal project and solution approaches are identified

  • Supporting the following: project management, incident management, management communication, risk and controls, client relationship management, service improvement, and documenting of business needs and requirements

  • Developing the organizational functional goals, priorities and service objectives aligned with the overall GTI strategy

  • Leveraging a deep understanding of the firm’s strategies to successfully drive initiatives

  • Providing support on high level requirements with a focus on requirements that will have a significant influence on the architecture & design of proposed solutions

  • Monitoring and supporting progress on deliverables and communicate effectively to stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the line of business and other IT departments across JPMC to design and drive the execution of high quality technology solutions

  • In-depth knowledge of the Infrastructure supported and interdependencies

  • Working knowledge of infrastructure components and how they are tracked and managed in various systems

  • Minimum 5-7 years of infrastructure support experience or equivalent IT back ground

  • Ability to present and explain information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding at all levels

  • Strong interpersonal skill in areas such as teamwork, influencing, facilitation and negotiation that will foster and build productive relationships

  • Ability to quickly comprehend new process, technologies, assess the impact and potential value for the organization with positive thinking mind-set

  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize accordingly

  • Ability to balance tactical needs with strategic objectives

  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative solutions

  • Demonstrate customer-centric mindset, being customer focused and strategic thinking

  • Excellent communication (both written and oral), presentation, facilitation and influencing skills

  • Experience in Project Management and understanding project management principles.

  • Experience with web-based project solutions - Jira preferred
