The Senior Product Manager – Methods of Payment and Partnerships will be a key driver for the expansion of alternative methods of payment. This includes building the product roadmap; designing the product solution, approach, processes and tracking measures from the ground up. In addition, this individual will work with our partners to simplify the servicing experience, drive the commercialization strategy, manage competitive dynamics, provide subject matter expertize and serve as the market facing conduit between external partners and the internal product development organization to drive value to the firm.


  • Key contributor in the development of future products and services.

  • Establish thought leadership and drive strategy for the evolution and maturation of new products

  • Develop, adapt, and convey the Product Vision and Roadmap, Maintain Business cases and other artifacts necessary to drive support for new products

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across lines of business to understand merchant/client needs, changes in industry landscape etc., and help drive solutions that are meaningful to all LOB’s

  • Working with internal teams to ensure materials that support products are accurately updated and available to internal and external users.

  • Deliver and/or coordinate product training and knowledge transfer sessions to impacted audiences as requested

  • Assist in ensuring that projects are completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firm- wide guidelines.

  • Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across projects to ensure successful launch of project at completion.

  • Contribute to the financial success of product outcome, involved in pricing strategy for product/services.

  • Identify issues quickly, escalate and bring to closure of the success of the project and client experience.

  • Product support for Internal teams for products covered , including some training as well as one-on-one review

  • Be Aware of and align with company and organizational business strategies

  • Completion of other tasks (not listed above) that may be required from time to time

  • Maybe required to support International Expansion activities for Pilot merchants in APAC and LATAM

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters degree preferred

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in product management/development in a product focused organization

  • Agile development methodology a plus

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization

  • Strong background in payments including acquiring/acceptance/payment processing and/or digital payments

  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and background in project management processes

  • General business strategy acumen

  • Talent for communication of complex business topics

  • Team player and capable of building relationships with key business partners

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a positive attitude
